Position Summary:
Performs schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities as directed, assist in reports development and updating as directed, and coordinating with disciplines to maintain accurate progress for project(s).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposal and project execution schedule, milestones, and work sequences.
- Develop and maintain P6 resource loaded schedules; define progress measurement rules; update actuals.
- Identify critical path/near critical activities; recommend recovery scenarios with discipline leads.
- Implement EVM; produce CPI/SPI, S curves, histograms, and dashboards (Power BI).
- Support cost recording/reporting, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinates inter discipline interfaces; ensure deliverables align to project schedule.
- Contribute to change control and time impact assessments; maintain change logs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for client and management.
- Mentor junior engineers in planning/cost processes and tool usage.
- Review of tenderers and contractors' schedules and reports.
- Participate in client or contractor meetings on needed basis and lead internal project progress review meetings.
- Identifies information needs from other disciplines to support preparation of Projects' Historical Reports.
- Support claims data gathering and delay analysis inputs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and client controls procedures.
- Assist in development and maintenance of project controls documentation/procedures, sham databases and tools.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
- 5-7 years' experience.
- Knowledge with P6, Microsoft PowerPoint, excel, word and PowerBI
- Knowledge of related project controls deliverables and tools
- Planning & cost control integration, EVM, EPC/EPCM Contracts awareness, reporting standards consultancy/PMC settings.
