WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE OPERATOR
NexGen Plastic Industry L.L.C is looking for an experienced Senior Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Experience: Minimum 7 years
Machine Capacity: 2,500 tonnes and above
Machine Brands: Tederic, Haitian, or similar
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and monitor large-tonnage injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
• Supervise shifts and coordinate the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Guide and support junior operators, ensuring safe working practices and consistent performance.
• Set, monitor, and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality and efficient production cycles.
• Carry out machine start-up, shutdown, mould changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify production and quality issues and coordinate corrective action with maintenance and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate production, rejection, and downtime records.
• Maintain a clean and organised production area in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience operating injection moulding machines.
• Strong experience with machines of 2,500 tonnes and above. Experience with 3,000–4,000-tonne machines or larger is preferred.
• Experience operating Tederic, Haitian, or similar machines.
• Hands-on experience manufacturing plastic pallets, crates, and containers.
• Sound knowledge of injection moulding processes, moulds, process parameters, and troubleshooting.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• A responsible, proactive approach to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
