About The JobAn opportunity has arisen for Senior Laundry Attendant for Laundry to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Handle complex laundry tasks, including delicate fabrics and special treatments, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, performing minor troubleshooting and reporting issues promptly.
- Assist Team Leads in monitoring workflow and ensuring timely completion of laundry operations.
- Conduct quality checks on laundered items, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards before delivery.
- Support inventory control by tracking linen and uniform usage and reporting shortages.
- Train and guide new laundry attendants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and SOP compliance.
About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant field within the international hospitality industry
- High School Diploma or Certificate.
- Certificate in Laundry Operations or Hospitality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
