About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to take ownership of key business initiatives, lead cross-functional execution, and support the organization in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial awareness, structured problem-solving, and hands-on execution. This role requires someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work closely with senior leadership and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
- Translate business objectives into clear priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage and mentor team members while building a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance, processes, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Manage key projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
- Identify operational and commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvement and establish scalable operating frameworks.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, business cases, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure teams maintain high standards of execution, quality, governance, and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, performance management, and business planning.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working within technology, AI, SaaS, digital products, consulting, or other high-growth environments.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and with senior executives.
- Exposure to the UAE/GCC market is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environments where responsibilities may evolve quickly.
