Hire Pals is hiring on behalf of the leading international architecture and engineering consultancy - SSH looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator – Landscape to join our team and lead complex technical production across major regional developments.
About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of highly complex landscape BIM and drafting assignments, working with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. You will translate engineering specifications, design sketches, and details into robust 3D models and construction documentation while coordinating with internal design disciplines and external statutory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced BIM & Layout Production: Execute complex landscape drafting and 3D modeling work from specs, sketches, and engineering drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, FormIt, and SketchUp. Perform precise scaling, dimensioning, geometric locating, and required calculations.
- GCC Authority Compliance
- Design Coordination & Reviews: Lead multidisciplinary coordination (hardscape, softscape, grading, site utilities) and perform comprehensive design reviews to eliminate spatial clashes.
- Team Support & Mentorship: Guide landscape design team members, review junior professionals' work, and enforce SSH BIM standards across all project phases.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of landscape BIM and technical drafting experience within a multidisciplinary or engineering design consultancy.
- Proven expertise managing authority submission standards across the Middle East / GCC.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, FormIt, and SketchUp.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC, and Office 365 / Webex / Skype.
- Strong spatial problem-solving skills, independence in resolving design conflicts, and clear cross-disciplinary communication.
