Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Amman. The Sales professional will promote National Express Jo credit cards and related financial services to prospective and existing customers, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing usage across the merchant network. Daily responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, explaining product features and benefits, guiding customers through application processes, and following up to ensure successful onboarding. The role also involves maintaining relationships with merchants, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and sales targets. Accurate record-keeping of sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in financial services or related industries.
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products clearly and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Basic knowledge of credit card products, loans, and installment services, with an understanding of local market practices and the use of the Jordanian Dinar.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Comfort using common office software and CRM or sales tracking tools to document and manage customer information.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage time effectively, and handle field visits to merchants and customers as needed.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
