About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and technically adept Sales Executive to spearhead the market expansion of our specialized Marble Solutions product line (including structural epoxies, clear resins, water repellents, and anti-salt treatments). You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by building strong partnerships with marble factories, quarries, contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales and market penetration for stone-care chemicals, epoxy adhesives, and waterproofing products within target industrial hubs (e.g., Shaq Al-Thoban) and construction sites.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts, including marble processing plants, stone cutting workshops, and finishing contractors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, site engineers, and procurement managers.
- Conduct technical presentations and on-site product demonstrations showcasing product efficacy (bonding strength, repellency, clarity).
- Coordinate closely with the technical and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, technical support, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to provide actionable feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration.
- 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or the marble/stone sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of stone treatment, waterproofing, or epoxy applications is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Valid driving license and car.
