We are seeking an accomplished Sales Operations Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a proven track record in optimizing sales operations and improving performance. The successful candidate will lead sales operations, enhance processes and systems, and deliver insights that support sales targets, growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales operations, establishing clear procedures to ensure efficient execution and effective follow-up.
- Prepare operational sales plans, allocate targets, and monitor achievement in coordination with commercial leadership.
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective utilization.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and opportunities, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Improve pricing, quotation, and approval processes in coordination with relevant departments.
- Optimize workflows from quotation to order fulfillment, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Analyze sales team productivity, identify development opportunities, and improve account and workload allocation.
- Develop and monitor commission and incentive structures in line with approved policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, including experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated achievements in process improvement, productivity enhancement, and supporting sales growth.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and CRM systems; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and coordinate across departments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Monthly salary starts from SAR 15,000, based on experience and qualifications.
