Role Description
We are looking for experienced Sales and Leasing Consultants to join THE LUXURY REAL ESTATE’s JBR branch. We also welcome applications from ambitious newcomers who demonstrate hunger, determination and a genuine willingness to learn.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, covering residential property sales and leasing. Our JBR location attracts walk-in enquiries, creating opportunities alongside your own prospecting and relationship building.
Responsibilities include securing listings, understanding client requirements, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and coordinating with our administration team to complete transactions. You will maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently and guide buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through the process with clear communication and professional service.
Experience is valuable, but so are initiative, accountability and resilience. We can teach the skills and help develop your knowledge. We’re looking for people willing to apply that guidance, put in the work and contribute positively to the team.
Qualifications
• Previous Dubai real estate sales or leasing experience is preferred.
• Candidates without real estate experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong drive, transferable skills and a commitment to learning.
• Excellent communication, listening and client service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, or the willingness to develop them through coaching.
• Hunger, tenacity and an organised approach to prospecting and follow-up.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market, RERA requirements and transaction processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, professional standards and the ability to work towards targets within a team.
