We are looking for experienced Safety Officers / Safety Inspectors to join our building construction projects in the UAE. Only candidates with proven UAE experience on the main contractor side will be considered.
Industry: Building Construction (High-rise & Villas)
Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in UAE construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on site
- Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation to management
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for site personnel
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend preventive measures
- Liaise with main contractor management to maintain high safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven UAE experience in building construction projects on main contractor side
- In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work across high-rise and villa construction projects
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Relevant HSE certifications preferred (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.)
