Role Description The Rigger role at FalahHire is a full-time, on-site position located in Dammam. The Rigger will be responsible for preparing, lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using ropes, chains, cranes, and other lifting devices in accordance with safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting lifting gear, setting up rigging systems, coordinating with crane operators and site supervisors, and ensuring loads are secured and balanced. The role also involves reading and interpreting load charts and site plans, conducting pre-lift checks, and maintaining accurate records of rigging activities. The Rigger is expected to follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and contribute to a safe and efficient worksite.
