Role Description The Retail Salesperson at Cave is a full-time, on-site role based in District 5 New Cairo. This team member will welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance on product selection to ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, processing exchanges or returns, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom. The role also involves building long-term relationships with customers, staying updated on new collections and promotions, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will collaborate with colleagues and management to support visual merchandising and contribute to a customer-focused, inclusive environment.
