A subconsultancy company supporting a major, world-class design and supervision consultant on a Cost Plus Contract in Doha, Qatar, is seeking to fill a vacant Quantity Surveyor role.
The Job involves, among others, verification and auditing of direct costs, resources, labour, equipment and other cost elements for payment purposes.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying plus 10 years of work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Qatar/GCC
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cost-plus contracts.
- MMUP certificate
- MRICS qualification will be an asset particularly where no MMUP cert.
- Work experience on Ashghal projects
- Must be based in Doha, Qatar, with a valid transferable QID/work permit and
- Must be willing to start work immediately or a few days' notice period.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Doha, Qatar.
