About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with a strong understanding of UAE government procedures and compliance requirements. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government authorities, ensuring the seamless management of employee and corporate documentation, visa and immigration processes, labor affairs, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee immigration and government-related processes, including visas, work permits, residency permits, Emirates IDs, onboarding, offboarding, and security clearances.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government authorities, regulatory bodies, and licensing agencies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and other statutory requirements while maintaining accurate records and monitoring renewal deadlines.
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, legalization, and company licensing activities.
- Advise employees and management on government procedures, regulatory requirements, and policy updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a PRO within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE immigration procedures, labor regulations, and government transactions.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi security clearance procedures, such as NGC pass applications and others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Experience working with multinational or international organizations.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi government portals and digital service platforms.
