APF is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and full lifecycle of our portfolio across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics, from SFDA registration through launch and long-term growth.
What you'll do:
üîπ Build multi-year brand plans covering positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis
üîπ Lead product launches and track performance (market share, ROI)
üîπ Create scientific marketing materials such as detailers, visual aids, brochures, and digital tools
üîπ Turn clinical data into strong, evidence-based brand messages
üîπ Build relationships with KOLs and support medical events and conferences
üîπ Train the sales team and work closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain
üîπ Ensure all materials comply with SFDA guidelines
What we're looking for:
‚úÖ Bachelor's in Pharmacy (required); MBA or PharmD preferred
‚úÖ 5+ years in the pharmaceutical sector in KSA, including 2+ years as a Product Manager
‚úÖ Ability to interpret clinical data and understand disease areas
‚úÖ Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
‚úÖ Strong brand-building and digital/omnichannel marketing skills
