üöÄ We're Hiring: Private Label Manager | Advanced Pharmaceutical Factory (APF)
üìç Riyadh, KSA
APF is looking for a commercially driven leader to grow our Private Label & Contract Manufacturing (CDMO) business across KSA and export markets, covering pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.
What you'll do:
üîπ Build and execute the growth strategy for our private label business
üîπ Visit clients in the field (pharmacy chains, distributors, brand owners) and close manufacturing agreements
üîπ Manage key accounts from technical feasibility through production and delivery
üîπ Work with R&D, QA, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to ensure SFDA compliance
üîπ Own the P&L and drive revenue and margin growth
What we're looking for:
‚úÖ Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
✅ 5–7 years in pharma or medical manufacturing BD in KSA, including 2–3 years in Private Label, B2B, or CDMO
‚úÖ Strong knowledge of GMP and SFDA registration
‚úÖ Proven negotiation and key account management skills
‚úÖ Willingness to travel frequently across KSA
