Role Summary:
We're seeking a Presales Solution Architect to analyze RFPs/RFQs, design software solutions (architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud), estimate effort and scope for pricing, and prepare technical proposals. Strong presales and solution design experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and technical requirements with a focus on software development.
- Design end-to-end software solutions, including architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, and deployment models.
- Define software architectures and ensure alignment with performance, scalability, security, and availability requirements.
- Estimate development effort, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Support pricing by defining development scope, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Identify risks, scope gaps, and technical constraints during the presales cycle.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security & Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare technical proposals and RFP responses.
- Document architecture, scope, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure a smooth handover from presales to delivery teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development presales and solution design.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ analysis, technical proposals, and effort estimation.
