Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Al Ain. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, perform physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, supervising exercise programs, utilizing manual therapy techniques, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and complying with regulatory and facility standards. The Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Current professional registration or licensure as required by UAE regulatory authorities, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic interventions across common physiotherapy specialties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ability to maintain detailed, accurate clinical records and follow established protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Proficiency in time management, caseload prioritization, and working effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to continuing professional development, staying current with evidence-based practice, and participating in training or quality improvement activities.
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center settings is preferred; familiarity with UAE or regional healthcare systems is an advantage.
