Santera is building a modern pest control company in Dubai.
We are licensed by Dubai Municipality and pair trained field specialists with technology. Every visit includes a digital inspection, a photo-documented service report and a treatment plan based on what we actually find on site. Our customers are villas, apartments, restaurants, hotels and commercial properties across the city.
Most of this industry still runs on paper, guesswork and inconsistent service. We are building the alternative: precise, transparent and accountable. We are early, growing quickly and hiring the people who will set that standard.
The role
Field Service Specialists are the face of Santera. You own the full customer visit, from the drive to site to the final report, and you deliver treatments that work the first time.
This role is for someone who treats pest control as a craft: precise, safe and done properly.
What you'll own
- Service delivery: inspect, diagnose and treat public health pests, including cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, termites, ants, flies and mosquitoes, in residential and commercial properties
- Customer experience: explain findings, treatment and aftercare clearly, so every customer knows what was done and why
- Digital reporting: record every visit in our field app with photos, observations and recommendations
- Safety and compliance: handle and apply products to Dubai Municipality standards on every visit, without exception
- Mobility: drive the company vehicle safely and efficiently on a planned daily route across Dubai
- Equipment and stock: keep your vehicle, tools and materials organised, maintained and ready
- Contract care: deliver scheduled AMC visits that keep long-term clients protected and loyal
What you bring
- 4+ years of hands-on pest control experience in the UAE
- A valid UAE driving licence and a clean driving record
- Proven ability to run bed bug, cockroach, rodent and termite treatments on your own
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's roads and areas
- Clear spoken English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is valued
- Comfort with smartphone apps and digital tools
- A professional presence: punctual, well-presented and respectful in customers' spaces
Strong advantage
- Dubai Municipality pest control training certificate
- Experience with commercial accounts such as hotels, restaurants and offices
- Termite pre-/post-construction or fumigation experience
