We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler with strong HVAC & Plumbing and high-rise building project experience to join.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate Mechanical BIM models for high-rise building projects.
Prepare and update HVAC, Plumbing and other mechanical services models as per project requirements.
Coordinate HVAC and plumbing services with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines.
Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
Prepare and update HVAC and plumbing shop drawings, layouts and detailed drawings.
Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators and site teams for smooth project execution.
Update models based on site changes and design revisions.
Maintain proper BIM documentation and model records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
High-rise building project experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience in HVAC and Plumbing BIM modeling.
Good understanding of MEP coordination and clash detection.
Ability to read and understand mechanical, HVAC and plumbing drawings.
UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage.
