As a Motorola Telco Gulf Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening strategic partnerships across the Gulf region for Motorola's Mobile Business Group within Lenovo. This role focuses on managing key operator and channel relationships, developing business strategies, and executing commercial initiatives that support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced sales and business management professional with a strong background in telecommunications, channel sales, and mobile technology. Regular engagement with external partners and cross-functional global teams is required.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans for assigned operator and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within strategic accounts to increase Motorola's operator business presence.
- Create and implement sales initiatives and marketing programs in partnership with internal marketing teams to enhance market share and partner performance.
- Lead account-specific sales strategies through analysis of channel performance, customer needs, and product opportunities.
- Manage the Sell-In process with operators, distributors, and channel partners while supporting Sell-Out activities to achieve agreed business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent excess stock and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to align business objectives, product strategies, and partner requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative visibility and retail activation initiatives that strengthen Motorola's brand presence across sales channels.
What We Look For
- * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in product management, business management, sales, or commercial account management.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience working with channel management models, telecommunications operators, distributors, or channel partners.
- Experience within the technology sector, preferably mobile devices, smartphones, consumer electronics, or telecommunications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, sales performance metrics, and financial information to support decision-making.
- Experience managing budgets, business cases, profitability, and PL performance.
- Professional proficiency in English, with excellent presentation, influencing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
