Role Description The Listings Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate property listings across PSI’s platforms and partner channels. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi involves collecting and verifying property information, coordinating with the sales and leasing teams, and ensuring that all listings are complete, compliant, and up to date. The Listings Officer will prepare high-quality property descriptions, organize photos and marketing materials, and update listing status based on market activity and internal feedback. The role includes regular communication with property owners, internal stakeholders, and external partners to obtain approvals, resolve discrepancies, and enhance listing visibility. The Listings Officer will also support data reporting, contribute to listing process improvements, and uphold PSI’s standards for presentation and customer experience.
Qualifications
- * Strong skills in property data collection, verification, and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in listing management, including creating property descriptions, organizing photos, and updating online platforms.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work closely with sales, leasing, marketing, and property owners.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listings, deadlines, and priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and real estate CRM or listing systems; comfort using digital tools and online portals.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and basic understanding of brokerage, leasing, and property management processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate within a diverse team, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
