Role Description The Listing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for managing property listings from initial intake to publication, ensuring accurate and timely entry in Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems and internal platforms. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales and leasing teams, collecting and verifying property information and documentation, organizing photos and marketing materials, and updating listing status changes. The Listing Coordinator will liaise with owners and clients for listing-related queries, maintain organized records, and support the marketing team with listing promotions. The role also involves monitoring listing performance data, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to a smooth, hassle-free real estate experience for clients.
Qualifications
- * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, owners, and internal teams.
- Practical experience with Multiple Listing Service platforms and listing management tools.
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets, with a focus on Residential Real Estate in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
- Ability to work accurately with property data, documentation, and digital listing content.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems); familiarity with real estate software is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a real estate support, coordination, or administrative role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Abu Dhabi and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
