Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage and support daily HR operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing attendance and leave documentation, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with payroll-related HR processes.
The role will also involve handling employee inquiries, supporting performance management, preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and working closely with management to support workforce planning and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- * Manage daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle employee contracts, renewals, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefits, medical insurance, and related HR services.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR and attendance information.
- Handle employee inquiries and support the resolution of workplace issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with relevant government platforms and authorities when required.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and Saudi Labor Law.
* Experience with employee records, contracts, attendance, benefits, and personnel management.
* Familiarity with Saudi HR and government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
* Must be available to work on-site in Riyadh.
