We’re Hiring | GRC Specialist
Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. is looking for a qualified GRC Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will support the organization’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework and contribute to strengthening corporate governance, risk management, compliance, policies, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the organization’s GRC framework.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting organizational risks.
- Maintain and update risk registers and follow up on risk mitigation plans.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and organizational requirements.
- Conduct compliance and gap assessments and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance requirements.
- Support internal audits and follow up on observations and improvement actions.
- Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Controls.
- Good understanding of corporate governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications in GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance are an advantage.
