Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Orthodontist based in Dubai. The Orthodontist will assist in diagnosing and treating malocclusions, supporting senior clinicians in planning and delivering orthodontic treatments such as braces and aligners. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, reviewing patient histories, taking and interpreting radiographs and impressions, and documenting treatment plans accurately. The role involves providing chairside assistance, educating patients on treatment options and oral care, following infection control protocols, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure safe, effective care. The Orthodontist will also participate in case discussions, training sessions, and continuous improvement of clinical processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Dentistry and Medicine, with an accredited dental degree and appropriate registration or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
- Candidates should possess skills in Orthodontics and Treatment planning, including basic diagnosis of malocclusion and understanding of common orthodontic appliances.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Dental Care and patient management, including oral hygiene instruction, follow-up care, and adherence to clinical safety standards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, willingness to learn from senior clinicians, and the ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to use dental practice management or digital imaging systems; prior internship or clinical training in orthodontics is an advantage.
