Role Overview
We’re looking for Freelance Talent Directors to support our client mandates on a flexible, ad‑hoc basis (approx. 10–15 hours/week). You’ll work closely with our platform and internal team to identify, engage, and evaluate top passive talent for mid‑to‑senior roles across various industries.
This role is ideal for experienced recruiters who enjoy autonomy, modern tech, and meaningful conversations with high‑caliber candidates.
Please note that this is not an employment, but a freelance opportunity/contract.
We are looking for professionals, who are based in Americas or in Europe, so can effectively cover these time zones. The following languages are needed: English AND Spanish OR Italian OR German OR French.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing passive candidates using multi‑channel search strategies
- Building and refining longlists based on market mapping and success profiles
- Conducting discovery calls to energize passive candidates and assess interest, motivation, and fit
- Running structured, recorded video interviews using TalSource’s integrated assessment tools
- Preparing shortlists with clear evaluation notes and risk indicators for client review
- Managing full-spectrum candidate communication (updates, expectations, interview prep, feedback loops)
- Providing market insights to help refine search direction and talent profiles
- Maintaining candidate momentum through proactive follow-ups and engagement strategies
- Collaborating with TalSource’s internal team to ensure alignment, quality, and smooth process flow
