The Fit-Out Draftsman role at our real estate development organization in Riyadh is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and detailed layouts for interior fit-out projects. The role works closely with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet design requirements, specifications, and site conditions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of drafting experience, preferably within fit-out, interior design, real estate development, or construction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings for fit-out works.
- Develop architectural, ceiling, flooring, partition, and joinery details.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
- Review design drawings and specifications before execution.
- Update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Support project and site teams with technical drawing requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in fit-out or architectural drafting.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, and construction details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
