We're hiring: Executive & Business Development Assistant | Kuwait City
A holding company in Kuwait with diversified business activities is looking for a proactive, reliable assistant to work directly with the General Manager.
This role is for someone who likes to own things end to end. One day you're managing the GM's calendar and correspondence, the next you're meeting a supplier, following up with a contractor on site, or reviewing content with a marketing agency.
What you'll do:
- Executive support: calendar, correspondence, reports, files
- HR administration: attendance, leave, contracts
- Field and vendor follow-up: contractors, suppliers, deliveries, timelines
- Business development: partners, events, new opportunities
- Marketing coordination: agency liaison, captions, content review
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Fluent Arabic and good English
- Comfortable in both the office and the field, and with all kinds of stakeholders
- Driving licence and own transport
- Organized, dependable, and discreet
- Location: Kuwait City (full-time, on-site)
