Competencies
- * Experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and server equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience
- * Basic knowledge of IT hardware components and terminology
- 1+ years of experience assembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware (specifically Dell, HP, and/or Cisco).
Software Requirements
- * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) or strong interest in learning more Excel skills
- Familiarity with database software (Microsoft Access) is a plus.
Physical Demands
- * Ability to lift up to 20 kg repetitively. The shipment boxes can weigh more than 20kgs.
