You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will lead the inventory control support team to maintain strict tracking procedures for all Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware, Food, Beverage, Tobacco, and Consumables.To record, reconcile and keep appropriate records of all the monthly purchases and issues of operating equipment.To continuously support the internal control environment governing inventory management across the hotel. To produce highly accurate cost and statistical information reports to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.To highlight and correct procedural irregularities in the recording, storage and handling of all stock items.To support the Asst.
