Support contract tendering activities by maintaining tender documentation and contractual compliance checklists.
Review purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier agreements against governing contractual requirements.
Prepare draft contractual documents, renewals, NDAs, comparison matrices, and negotiation trackers.
Manage contract registers, correspondence logs, and document control systems.
Collect and analyze operational records to support performance assessments, claims, deductions, and entitlement evaluations.
Track liquidated damages, backcharges, and contractual notices through to closure.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contractual actions, deductions, and adjustments are implemented.
Monitor contract milestones, renewals, notice periods, and key deadlines.
Assist in preparing management reports related to contracts, claims, and contractual performance.
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of contract administration experience with a contractor, service provider, EPC company, or oilfield services organization.
Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Oilfield Services sector.
Exposure to contracts involving KOC, KNPC, or Joint Operations.
Knowledge of claims management, extension of time (EOT), and backcharge quantification.
Strong understanding of contract registers, contractual correspondence, variations, backcharges, and liquidated damages.
Experience reviewing purchase orders and subcontract terms against governing contracts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency or eligible to work in Kuwait.
