Content Creator & Brand Coordinator — By ShahdKey Responsibilities
- Plan and create content for By Shahd across Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other social platforms
- Attend and coordinate brand photoshoots and content days
- Independently shoot high-quality photo and video content for the brand when needed
- Take ownership of content production from concept and moodboard to shooting, editing, and final delivery
- Organize shoot schedules, shot lists, locations, products, props, models, and other requirements
- Develop creative concepts for new launches, restocks, campaigns, and seasonal content
- Film product demonstrations, styling videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, trends, and lifestyle content
- Edit short-form videos and prepare content ready for publishing
- Maintain a consistent By Shahd visual identity, aesthetic, and brand image
- Plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar
- Organize and maintain the brand’s content library
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, models, influencers, and other creatives when required
- Keep up with social media trends and adapt them to fit the By Shahd identity
- Review content performance and continuously develop new ideas based on what performs best
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred, as the role involves working closely with hijab models, styling, and on-set content production
- Based in Dubai and available to attend shoots and content days in person
- Strong portfolio showing content previously created for brands
- Confident shooting high-quality content independently using a phone and/or camera
- Strong video editing skills for Reels and TikTok
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends
- Excellent visual taste with a strong understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or modest fashion
- Able to take initiative and manage a content shoot independently rather than waiting for constant direction
- Highly organized and able to manage several shoots, campaigns, and deadlines
- Arabic speaker preferred; good English is important
Portfolio Required: Please share examples of content you have personally planned, shot, and/or edited for previous brands, including Reels, TikToks, campaign content, product photography, or social media feeds. Please clearly mention which parts of each project you personally handled.
