The Compliance Manager supports the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of enterprise-wide compliance, regulatory, and professional ethics programs across the Group and its business verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Group’s regulatory compliance framework in line with KSA laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Establish and maintain the Regulatory Obligations Register and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Lead the annual compliance monitoring program, identify compliance gaps, and track corrective actions through closure.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate new requirements into actionable business procedures.
- Manage compliance risks, regulatory inspections, observations, licenses, permits, and related remediation activities.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards for Senior Management and GRC Committees.
- Provide regulatory guidance to business units and collaborate with internal stakeholders and assurance functions.
- Deliver compliance awareness sessions and promote a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in regulatory compliance.
- CCO, CCP, CCEP, or other recognized compliance/GRC certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory obligations, gap analysis, remediation tracking, and executive reporting.
- Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements and compliance governance.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
