What will you do:
- To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain LPM concept to all guests.
- To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages) allowing to attend every guest's needs and questions.‚ÄØ
- To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.‚ÄØ
- To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.‚ÄØ‚ÄØ
- To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.‚ÄØ‚ÄØ
What you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 year)‚ÄØ
- Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 year)‚ÄØ
- Ability to work in a‚ÄØfast-paced environment‚ÄØand remain‚ÄØcalm under pressure.
- English – fluent oral and written 
- Attention to details, speed and accuracy‚ÄØ
