A well-established medical center in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a professional and motivated Call Center Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient and call records.
- Coordinate with the reception and medical teams when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical center, hospital, dental clinic, or healthcare call center is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and appointment-booking skills.
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
