We are seeking a relentless, self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to aggressively hunt for new business and generate a high-quality sales pipeline. This is not a desk job. We are looking for a true "hunter" who thrives face-to-face. You will spend 90% of your time in the field—canvassing territories, meeting with property managers, networking at industry events, and pitching to decision-makers. The remaining 10% of your time will be spent at the office or home handling administrative duties, pipeline strategy, and CRM logging.
Key Responsibilities (90% Field / 10% Office)
- Proactive Field Prospecting (90%): Spend the vast majority of your week outside the office identifying, visiting, and engaging with potential clients, including property management firms, real estate developers, and facility management companies.
- Face-to-Face Pitching: Conduct in-person introductory meetings and high-level pitches to secure qualified discovery calls and product demos for the executive team.
- Relationship Building: Actively network within the local real estate and PropTech community, attending relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and property launches to build brand awareness.
- Territory Management: Map out high-value real estate targets in your designated region and execute a systematic physical outreach strategy.
- Pipeline Administration (10%): Dedicate a fraction of your week to updating the company CRM with meticulous notes, tracking field interactions, uploading required voice recordings, and managing follow-up sequences.
Qualifications
- Property Management Background (Strict Requirement): Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in real estate property management. You must have hands-on knowledge of daily property operations, leasing cycles, tenant communications, and operational pain points.
- Mobility: Must possess your own personal car and a valid driver's license to support 90% field travel across the territory.
- Visa Status: Must possess your own valid residency/work visa (e.g., freelance visa, spouse sponsorship, or investor/Golden visa).
- B2B Hunting Track Record: Demonstrated capability to walk into commercial offices cold, build rapport with gatekeepers, and engage C-level executives or portfolio owners directly.
- Communication: Fluent, professional verbal presentation skills with the gravitas required to consult senior property directors.
