KULA Recovery is the Middle East's #1 Recovery Brand. We design, supply and install cold plunges, saunas and red light therapy for leading gyms, hotels and private residences across the UAE, including Wellfit, Warehouse Gym, CRANK, Atlantis The Royal, Four Seasons and Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
Recovery is one of the fastest-growing areas of fitness and wellness. We are looking for a polished, highly organised and ambitious salesperson to grow our B2B business with gyms, health clubs, hotels and high-end private clients, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
What you will do
Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients: gyms, boutique studios, health clubs, sports clubs, hotels, spas, luxury villa projects and developers
Prospect proactively by phone, email and LinkedIn, building your own target lists and opening doors yourself
Present KULA to gym owners, operators and decision-makers, both in meetings and on site
Prepare tailored proposals and quotations, and follow up promptly until every opportunity has a clear outcome
Respond to every enquiry the same working day
Keep the CRM complete and accurate: every lead, every conversation, every next step
Report weekly on pipeline, activity and revenue
Build relationships with our existing gym, hotel and commercial clients, developing upgrades, servicing packages and referrals
What we are looking for
3 to 5 years in B2B sales in the UAE, ideally in the fitness, wellness, sports or hospitality industry (fitness equipment, gym or corporate membership sales, spa or wellness, sports clubs or similar)
A genuine interest in fitness, training and recovery. You understand the world our clients work in.
A track record of finding and closing your own business, not only handling inbound leads
Native or near-native English, both spoken and written, with the presence and discretion to represent a premium brand to gym owners, hotel leadership and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Exceptionally organised and methodical. You follow up without being chased.
Coachable, competitive and keen to build something, not someone who expects leads to be handed to them
Confident using a CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo or similar)
An existing network among UAE gym owners, fitness operators or hotel and spa leadership is a strong advantage
Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement
UAE driving licence
What we offer
Base salary of 12,000 AED per month
Uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings of 18,000 to 25,000 AED per month
UAE employment visa and medical insurance
Hybrid working: client sites, remote working and a coworking base in JVC
Direct access to the Managing Director and real ownership of your results
A premium brand with an established client list behind you
The chance to work in one of the most exciting areas of fitness and wellness
A clear route to leading the B2B team as it grows
