Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista and hospitality role based in Oman. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to brand standards, handling food items, and ensuring consistent product quality. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking and processing orders, operating coffee machines and POS systems, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, and restocking supplies. The role also involves providing attentive customer service, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and supporting team members during busy periods. The Barista is expected to follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and contribute to a friendly, efficient, and professional café environment.
