Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for AT&T Business products and services.
- Use Apollo.io to create and manage outreach sequences, including calls and emails.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and emailing.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate AT&T Business solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in Apollo.io and CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently with leads and nurture relationships to move deals through the pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on AT&T Business offerings and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales processes.
Requirements
- Recent, direct experience using Orkestra.
- Recent experience selling AT&T Business Fiber services is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from finding leads to closing deals.
- Highly energetic, professional, and confident when speaking with business decision-makers.
- Comfortable using tools like Apollo.io for calls, emails, and managing outreach sequences.
- Strong communication skills to speak with potential customers and clearly understand their business needs.
- Ability to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing.
- Organized and able to keep accurate records of leads, activities, and results in Apollo.io and CRM systems.
- Consistent in following up with leads and building relationships to move deals forward.
- Goal-driven and able to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Any additional telecom experience will be considered a strong plus.
- A team player who is open to sharing ideas and learning from others.
