We are looking for an experienced Auditor / Chartered Accountant (CA) who can independently handle the company’s financial and accounting requirements and take full ownership and accountability for assigned work.
This is not a role limited to preparing reports. We are looking for someone who can understand the business, manage financial compliance, communicate confidently with clients, and ensure that assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports.
- Handle VAT registration, VAT returns, filings, and compliance.
- Handle Corporate Tax (CT) registration, calculations, filing, and compliance.
- Support and manage accounting and financial records of the company.
- Prepare business plans, financial projections, feasibility studies, and financial models.
- Analyse business performance, profitability, cash flow, costs, and financial risks.
- Attend client meetings and confidently explain financial statements, reports, projections, taxation, and other financial matters.
- Coordinate with clients, management, auditors, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
- Review financial information and identify discrepancies, risks, or compliance issues.
- Ensure all assigned filings, reports, calculations, and documentation are completed within the required timelines.
- Take responsibility for following up on pending financial and accounting matters until completion.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.
- Provide management with practical financial insights and recommendations based on accurate financial data.

Requirements
- CA / ACCA / CPA / equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Strong experience in accounting, auditing, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
- Practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Experience preparing business plans, feasibility studies, financial projections, and financial models.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
