Accountabilities & Key Roles:
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications within the IT-Applications Governance unit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of applications to ensure compliance with IT governance policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Advise on best practices and emerging technologies to enhance application functionality and efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Percentage of applications successfully deployed without critical issues.
• Average resolution time for application-related support requests.
• Number of compliance audits passed without major findings.
• User satisfaction ratings for applications managed.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1- 4 years' experience in application development, management, or IT governance roles.
