üöÄ This Is What You Tell People At PartiesWe didn't become Europe's leading e-commerce shipping platform by playing it safe. Sendcloud powers 30,000+ online retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies. Helping them ship smarter, grow faster, and actually get shit done for their customers. Boring logistics? Not here. We're building the platform that solves shipping, at scale, globally!
Belgium is one of the biggest opportunities on our map, and as Account Executive you're the one who gets to build it. With support from your international colleagues, you'll attract and convert customers across the region, figuring out the right approach as you go rather than following a script someone else wrote. It's a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who wants a market that's genuinely theirs to grow.
üßê The Role
- As the Account Executive for Belgium, you own commercial growth in a market that's yours to build.
- You work hands-on, with an entrepreneurial urge that drives you toward results.
- With support from international colleagues, you shape how Sendcloud approaches and wins the Belgian market.
üéØ What you'll do
- * Attract and convert customers from Belgium, driving commercial growth for the market.
- Figure out the right go-to-market approach for Belgium together with your international colleagues.
- Prospect through a mix of inbound and outbound — cold calling and cold acquisition included.
- Set up collaborations with local e-commerce partners and turn them into Sendcloud ambassadors.
- Build and manage your own pipeline with a hunter mentality, chasing new business relentlessly.
‚úÖ What you bring to the tablePersonally
- * You're open-minded and positive, with an unapologetic passion that drives you in life.
- You have a hunger for fast-tracked personal development.
- You're self-motivated and dynamic — you spot and create your own opportunities.
Professionally
- * At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Experience cold-calling in an outbound environment — a hunter by nature.
- Comfortable with a mix of inbound and outbound, including prospecting, cold calling, and cold acquisition.
- Fluent in English, with fluency in Flemish and French, spoken and written. If either Flemish or French isn't yet at professional level, we'll support you in getting there through our study budget.
❤️ Our Values
- * üí© No bullshit: Big egos suck. Be open, honest and transparent. Share your mistakes openly and learn from them. Don't just talk about problems, solve them.
- üéØ Grow & win: Be highly curious, adaptable & proactive. Embrace discomfort and change. Keep an open mindset and learn from others. You invest in our growth, so we invest in yours.
- üé† Have fun: Work hard, laugh harder. Not everything has to be serious. Be yourself, especially if you're the good kind of crazy. Sendcloud is an adventure, not a corporate maze, enjoy the ride.
