Role Description The Wellness Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the wellness center. This includes managing staff schedules and performance, ensuring high-quality delivery of wellness services, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and employees. The role involves monitoring service standards, coordinating wellness programs and promotions, and collaborating with other departments to support guest satisfaction. The manager will handle budget planning, cost control, inventory management, and reporting on center performance. Regular tasks also include addressing guest inquiries or concerns, guiding the wellness team, and implementing continuous improvements to services and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Health & Wellness and Employee Wellness, with the ability to design and oversee wellness programs.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated Budgeting skills, including managing expenses, forecasting, and optimizing resource use.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness center management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Sharm El Sheikh and adapt to a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in wellness, hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
