We are looking for an experienced Videographer/Photographer & Video Editor to produce professional property videos and engaging brand content. You will work under creative direction while independently planning shoots and delivering polished work on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Plan and film property tours, interior and exterior footage, agent-led videos, social media content, and company events.
- Develop shot lists and coordinate filming schedules.
- Edit videos with professional color grading, audio, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Adapt content for social media, property listings, websites, and campaigns.
- Organize project files and maintain company equipment.
Requirements
- Proven filming and editing experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to follow creative direction, plan independently, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Experience with AI tools for video creation and editing is a plus.
- Cameras and lenses are supplied by the company.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
