Role Description The Vice Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October City. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote SEE’s electrical and safety product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing product promotions, analyzing market trends, and preparing performance reports. The Vice Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and management teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role also includes overseeing digital and offline marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to customer engagement and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing and branding skills, with experience in campaign planning, market analysis, and product positioning.
- Ability to manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and basic content creation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly.
- Organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing, preferably within electrical engineering, industrial products, or safety solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in marketing are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
