Job Purpose:
• Conduct full functional and UI/UX testing across all SuperApp modules. • Validate purchase flows, financial transactions, and marketplace operations. • Coordinate with external merchants, payment providers, and internal IT teams for issue resolution. • Monitor app KPIs, reporting issues, and preparing insight-driven reports. • Monitor user pain points from customer reviews, complaints, and data analysis.
Description:
- Comprehensive testing across non-telecom Services the Infotainment SuperApp Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of all non-telecom journeys in the app, including Marketplace, World of Deals, and Financial Services.
- Marketplace: Testing over 15,000 SKUs, verifying product content, search, cart, checkout, payment, and refund flows.
- World of Deals: Ensuring accuracy and functionality of all offers and discount journeys.
- Financial Services: Testing all integrated financial solutions such as Mashreq, Amenli, and wallet journeys.
- Non-Telecom Bill Payments: Covering Fawry and third-party billers for utilities, school fees, and others. Platform & Compatibility Testing: Test all SuperApp scenarios on both iOS and Android platforms for consistent experience.
- Validate integrations with third-party APIs for payments, authentication, and offers.
- Conduct testing pre- and post-deployment to ensure continuity and reliability.
- Issue Handling & Stakeholder Coordination Manages all detected issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Detect and report issues related to SuperApp journeys, coordinate with IT, product, and external vendors for resolution.
- Manage issue escalation with marketplace partners, merchants, and financial entities.
- Use admin tools to manage and optimize marketplace product quality.
- Replacing products into correct categories.
- Adding missing images and correcting descriptions.
- Disabling low-quality or duplicated SKUs.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting Beyond traditional testing, the team proactively monitors application performance through data-driven insights.
- Extract reports to monitor SuperApp KPIs (conversion, checkout success/failures, refund rates, etc.).
- Investigate failures and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track user reviews and feedback related to SuperApp journeys, initiating corrective or optimization actions.
Qualifications:
- Very good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required, solid business analysis skills.
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- Excellent presentation & analytical skills.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business/marketing/computer science Language.
- Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
- Problem Solving: To analyze complex system behaviors and identify root causes of issues.
- Skills & Abilities: - Good communication skills - Incident Management - Customer Advocacy - Communication skills to operate with all stakeholders (commercial, IT, PM,…etc) - Mature Analytical skills.
