Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Desouk, Egypt.
Qualifications
- * Strong Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and the ability to explain educational services effectively.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive experience for learners and guardians.
- Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, including lead qualification and closing techniques.
- Training skills to guide new users through platform features and support their initial onboarding.
- Relevant experience in telesales, call centers, or education-related services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, manage time efficiently, and handle high call volumes.
- Comfort using CRM or call management tools, and basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Arabic; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
