American Egyptian Academy (AEA) is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our team in Nasr City.
Job Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers by phone.
Present and explain AEA’s programs and services to prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide the required information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Good command of English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Previous telesales or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
