We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Maintenance Department, working in the field of Car Wash Machines and Industrial Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and follow up on technical complaints and maintenance requests from customers.
Troubleshoot and identify technical issues remotely or through site visits.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding machine operation and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Follow up on maintenance work orders until completion and closure.
Monitor recurring breakdowns and assist in identifying root causes and appropriate solutions.
Coordinate required spare parts with the Maintenance and Warehouse teams.
Prepare and maintain maintenance and breakdown reports.
Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure effective problem resolution and customer satisfactio
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Previous experience in Technical Support or Maintenance is preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
Previous experience with industrial machinery or equipment is highly preferred.
Willingness to work on-site and conduct field visits when required.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance requests.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate technical reports
Excellent English reading and writing skills are required.

Working Hours: from 5 PM : 1 aM
